Valentine's and 100 Day Parties!!

Dear Families,

We have made it through half of our school year and I wanted to Thank You for all of your help and support this year from providing things for the classroom that allows me to do many activities with your children to helping your child with their work. I appreciate all of it. We have a lot of new adventures coming in the next few weeks and I'm asking for that help once again. We will be discussing Martin Luther King Jr. Day next week. How important it is to have a dream and that we can each make a difference. I will be tying in recent events in our history as well.

Valentines Day is fast approaching as well and we will be celebrating! You are welcome to bring valentines in a zip lock bag by February 4th or earlier for in class students and February 5th for online students Morning class has 18 students and the afternoon class has 15 students, please just write who the valentine is from. We will be making Valentine bags in class. My distance learners will have bags to decorate at home and bring back. We will have small party with treats in class. We will need two family size Oreo packages and two bags of mandarin oranges.

In February we also celebrate our 100 Days of school!! We do many fun activities one of them we do is counting and working on groups of ten. To do this we need

1. Family size bag of M&M's

2. Family size bag of Skittles

3. Family size bag of Peanut M&M's

4. 2 Family size boxes of Fruit Loops

5. 3 packages of Smarties

6. Family size box of cheerios

7. 5 boxes of Mike & Ikes

8. 5 boxes of Lemon Heads

9. 5 boxes of sprees or sweet tarts

10. Large box of goldfish

If you can help in any way, please let me know. If we all work together than it is easy on everyone. If can help could you please bring the items to school as soon as possible to make sure we get everything we need.
